I’m Angela (most people call me Ange). As a Londoner, born and bred, I grew up with the sounds of Bow Bells ringing in my ears.
It was always clear to me that I wanted to have a career in art or design in some way – and what better place to start than my hometown? I studied Product Design at Central St Martins and my path led me to Graphic Design.
After roles in design agencies, corporate firms, reprographics, and publishing agencies, I decided to set up Lyons Creative. This year I’m celebrating 12 years in business.
Lyons Creative is owned and managed by me Angela Lyons. I am a freelance graphic designer who creates clear and engaging designs. I offer graphic design services from initial design concepts to final produced graphics. Designs include websites, magazines, brochures, branding, logos, social media graphics, event design and marketing materials for startups, corporates, and charities. Three facts about me.

I have a fear of certain shapes.
The medical term is Trypophobia, my skin goes cold if I see uniform shapes with holes.

I like a challenge.
I’ve completed a London marathon and recently my first Triathlon. Whilst the day itself was fun the training was hard.

I love to learn.
Not just around my work but also in my personal life. I’m an eternal student.

During the year I offer my services via a pro bono project. In the past, I have worked with a housing charity, schools, and non-profit organisations. The work consists of logo design, book design or design direction and feedback on a website.
